Floaters: Zones 6, 7, 9 & 10
These aquatics float on the water surface. It is not necessary to pot them, though floaters with distinct stems do best when rooted in soil. Adapt slowly to direct sun after delivery. Traveling in a bag with constant warmth and humidity can soften them and cause them to sunburn easily when unpacked. See floater care for more info (also listed under resources). |
