Why can't you just mix and match pumps, filters, and uv lights? Not matching your essential equipment correctly will not only give you less than desired clarity of water, slower flow rates but will also in many cases void product warranty. Remember plans are useless but planning is invaluble! |

First step needed when starting to select equipment is the TDH measurement that will tell you what size of pump you'll need for your desired flow. |

Once you have found your TDH use the pop-up to help find a pump that fits your needs. |

After you have selected a pump, take note what flow it has at 10ft of head; as this measurement will help with your filter selection. Remember flow rate is as important or more important than the volume of your pond when sizing a filter. |

Using the same measurements as you used for the filters find a UV light that fits your flow rate and personal needs the best. |
